La Sellerie is located next to the old stables and formerly served as the tack room. A staircase of 5 steps leads you into this gîte with a mezzanine. The old wooden beam remained visible after the renovation and adds a lot of atmosphere to the space.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The former tack room has been transformed into a small studio with a kitchenette equipped with a Nespresso machine, kettle, milk frother, microwave, oven, hob, and a refrigerator with a freezer. There is a comfortable sofa, a dining area, and a TV with services like Netflix, a Bluetooth speaker, and a radio.
BATHROOM
Descending a few steps takes you to the bathroom, featuring a large rain shower, a sink, and a toilet. There is also a towel dryer, a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel, etc.
BEDROOM
On the first floor, the sleeping area is located with a spacious double bed of 180 x 200, a large wardrobe with a safe. From the sleeping floor, a mezzanine gives a spacious feeling, with a high ceiling.
Please note: There is no space to add an extra (child's) bed in this gîte!
ACCESSIBILITY TO NEIGHBORING GÎTE
Descending a few steps and passing through a double door, you can access the neighboring gîte, L'Ecurie, from La Sellerie, making this combination very suitable for people traveling together but also seeking privacy. If you book only this gîte, this access will be locked.
OUTDOOR
This cottage has a small terrace with an umbrella, comfortable furniture, and a good barbecue.
Breakfast is not included in the price, but we can provide fresh bread, croissants, or a well-stocked breakfast basket every day, depending on your preferences.
This accommodation is not easily accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this gîte.
