At Château du Tirondet, you stay in gîtes that beautifully blend history with modern luxury. Our accommodations are housed in the former tenant farms and outbuildings of the estate, where two families once lived and managed the agricultural activities. The old homes, animal shelters, bread ovens, and storage rooms have been carefully transformed into atmospheric retreats, each with its own unique character.

In addition to the old farmhouses, the former horse stable, tack room, and the cook’s apartment have also been transformed into gîtes that offer both historic charm and modern comfort. The thick stone walls and wooden beams recall the past, while the comfortable furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Some of the accommodations are connected by a private interconnecting door—ideal for groups who want to holiday together while still enjoying privacy. For larger parties, it is also possible to rent the entire estate exclusively, offering a maximum capacity of 26 beds.

The gîtes are situated in beautiful spots across the estate, with green views over the surrounding Creuse landscape. They lie right beside the forest and its walking trails, and just a short distance from the swimming pool—so you’re always close to nature and relaxation.
