Through a small flight of four steps, you enter the former saddlery where the unique charm of La Sellerie is immediately felt.
This cozy studio features a compact but fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, and convenient appliances such as a Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, mixer, and hand blender. A dishwasher is not available in this gîte. Essentials like herbs, olive oil, pepper, and salt are already provided.
The dining area and inviting sitting corner offer a lovely space to relax together, complete with modern comforts like a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and radio.
A few steps lead up to the bathroom, fitted with a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, you’ll find a charming bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), a wardrobe with safe, and a small seating area. The Velux window on the mezzanine has an external shutter to keep out heat and light, ensuring a pleasantly cool temperature.
La Sellerie can be connected to L’Écurie through a double door and small hallway, making it ideal for groups of up to seven people. It’s also a great option for families travelling together who want both proximity and privacy — for example, grandparents or older children who prefer their own space.
This accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
La Sellerie is located near the entrance of the estate, nestled between L’Écurie and Paulette.
It features its own small north-facing terrace — a cool, shaded retreat during warm summer days. For a bit more space, guests are also welcome to use the large terrace just inside the gate, beneath our majestic lime tree.
The private terrace of La Sellerie is equipped with comfortable seating and a small barbecue, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Thanks to its convenient location near the entrance, both the facilities and the natural surroundings of Château du Tirondet are just a short stroll away.
