La Réserve, once a former storage building, combines the ease of single-level living with a warm and inviting interior.
A small set of four steps leads you into the bright living room, which has a cosy character thanks to its wooden floors and natural materials.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll find an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge-freezer, as well as convenient appliances such as a Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, and hand blender. Kitchen towels and essentials like herbs, olive oil, pepper, and salt are all provided.
The living area features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a dining table. For entertainment, there’s a TV with streaming services, a Bluetooth speaker, and a radio.
The gîte has two bedrooms, both on the same floor. One bedroom has a 140×200 cm bed, and the other a 160×200 cm bed. Both rooms come with comfortable mattresses, wardrobes with safes, and ample storage space.
The bathroom includes a spacious shower, double washbasin, and towel heater. Shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and towels are provided. A separate toilet is also available.
This accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

La Réserve is peacefully located with views over the heated swimming pool and the forest beyond. The private south-facing terrace offers a sunny spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the château and the surrounding countryside.
The terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, a parasol, and a barbecue — perfect for long summer days and cosy evenings in the open air.
The gîte is just a short walk from the pool, making it ideal for families who enjoy having quick and easy access to the estate’s facilities.
